31 plaintiff's unopposed motion for leave to serve federal defendants by
email. Plaintiff should note that when the Clerk's office e-files pleadings and
documents for him, all defendants who have appeared and who are ECF system registrants
are automatically served electronically. See LR 5.3.k.1. Plaintiff does not need
to follow up with service by mail and in his certificate of service may note that
the Clerk's office has served defendants electronically. The Court also notes that
in spite of Judge Jarvey's 4/27/2007 ruling that plaintiff could also be served
electronically if he provides an e-mail address to the Clerk's office, plaintiff
has not yet provided the same. Until that is done, the Court and counsel for defendants
have no alternative but to send copies of filings to plaintiff by regular mail.
